The following Accessories are available for use with the EnviroDuct™,
ThermoHose™,
FloVent™ and FloFlex™ Product Lines. The products
featured on this website have standard Plain Ends. To meet your special job
applications, it may be necessary to add specific Adapters, Attachments,
Accessories or Optional End Finishes. Please note that when working with a
product that has a steel-wire helix construction , or an optional
flame-resistant wearstrip, these features terminate at the end of the
ducting or tubing fabric. |

Attached Soft Cuff
For use with EnviroDuct™, ThermoHose™, FloVent™ and FloFlex™ products.
The attached soft cuff is an
additional 3" (8 cm) of fabric. The cuff is comprised of two pieces of
appropriate fabric, which is then attached to a standard ducting or tubing
end. This additional fabric cuff provides for extra coupling flexibility.

Attached Belt & Buckle Cuff
For use with EnviroDuct™ or Thermohose™ products.
Belts a are
fabricated from 1" wide polyester webbing, with nickel-plated web tips and
buckles. This option is available for all diameters of EnviroDuct™or
Thermohose™.

Velcro®
& Zipper Cuff
For use with Enviroduct™, FloVent™ & FloFlex™ products.
An optional coupling style is the
Zipper/Hook and Loop style. Industrial quality zippers are sewed to the
tube ends. When the zipper halves are engaged fully, the hook tape, sewed to
the interior of the flap on one tube end, is secured to the loop tape sewed
to the exterior of the coupled tube. The flap of material seals out dust and
dirt. |

Suspension
Hooks For use with FloVent™ products.
The A-3 Suspension includes a
grommet and double-locking hook. Also available is an A-3 Vertical
Suspension, which consists of two suspension seams with grommets and
hooks opposed at 180°.

The S-3 Suspension consists of a
double-locking S-Hook, which is placed around the steel-wire helix. This
design facilitates installation and provides for a secure connection.

Stainless Steel & Aluminum Sleeves
For use with EnviroDuct™, FloVent™, FloFlex™ and ThermoHose™ products.
The Stainless Steel or Aluminum
Sleeves are ideal for use in applications where ducting or tubing sections
need to be attached in a durable, uniform connection. The Sleeves may be
used in connection with a Flat Band Clamp or with the use of Screw Clamps. The Sleeves are
available in 4"- 30" (100mm - 760mm) tubing diameters. |

Flexible Tubing Accessories
For use with FloVent™ products.
A full line of Elbows, Tees, Wyes, and
Lateral Wyes can be fabricated for use with any diameter of FloVent™. These
can be coupled to the ducting by the same methods that the ducting is
coupled together. |

Wire Rope Coupling
For use with EnviroDuct™,
ThermoHose™, FloVent™ and FloFlex™ products.
The sewn-in Wire Rope Coupling is made
of flexible wire rope. It is designed to attach tubing sections together by
inserting the sewn-in wire rope end into the opposing end, which also
includes a sewn-in Wire Rope. This construction provides for a secure fit
and durable service life. The Wire Rope Coupling may also be used in
conjunction with ABC's Multi-Clip or PVC Demountable Coupling Band. |

Multi-Clip Coupling
For use with EnviroDuct™, ThermoHose™
and FloVent™ products.
Multi-Clip Couplings are metal clips
with attaching wing-nut screws that can be tightened down on sewn-in Wire
Rope Couplings. Multi-Clip Couplings provide for a secure connection between
adjacent sections of ducting or tubing products that utilize the sewn-in
wire-rope couplings.

"J" Slot Coupling
For use with EnviroDuct™,
ThermoHose™
and FloVent™ products.
The stainless-steel J-slot coupling is
attached to the ducting or tubing by a screw clamp. The J-Slot Coupling is
easily connected by inserting the pin into the "J" shaped opening and then
turning the mechanism to lock into place. The J-Slot Coupling is available in diameters of
8"-30" (200mm - 762mm). |

Pinlock Coupling
For use with EnviroDuct™, FloVent™, FloFlex™ and ThermoHose™ products.
The steel Pinlock Coupling is attached to the
ducting or tubing by a screw clamp. The Pinlock Coupling is easily connected
by inserting the pin into the appropriate opening and letting the spring
loaded pin snap into place. The Pinlock Coupling is available in
diameters of 8" - 30" (200mm - 762mm) |

Flat Band Clamp
For use with EnviroDuct™, FloVent™, FloFlex™ and ThermoHose™ products.
The Flat Band Clamp is constructed of
zinc-coated steel. It features a quick-release handle and is equipped with
three different adjustment ranges, to accommodate varying thicknesses of
material. The Clamp is ideal for joining flexible tubing to a Fan Adapter or
to metal tubing. The Flat Band Clamp is available in standard diameters of
8" - 48" (200mm - 1,200mm). Larger diameters are available upon request.

Screw Clamps
For use with EnviroDuct™ and ThermoHose™ products.
Screw Clamps are constructed from
stainless steel and are ideal for use when attaching select Accessories to
Ducting sections. One (1) Screw Clamp per end is required.

Reducer
For use with EnviroDuct™, FloVent™ and FloFlex™ products.
The EnviroDuct™ Reducer is designed
with a steel-wire helix construction,
with a Flame-Resistant heavy duty Wearstrip. The FloVent™ and FloFlex™
layflat Reducer is designed without the
steel-wire helix construction or wearstrip. Both types of Reducers are ideal
when making a transition in ducting or tubing diameters. These Reducers also
serve as an ideal way to attach to flanges and to stainless steel or
aluminum sleeves. |
