PVC/Polyester Substrate with Steel-Wire Helix Construction

• VentaTex® Insulsand:

20 oz/sq. yd. High Strength Fabric with 9 mil PVC External Wear Surface
 Heavy Duty Extruded PVC  Wearstrip
 ¼" Closed Cell Foam Insulation
 14 oz/sq. yd High Strength Fabric  Inner Liner

A strong, durable, lightweight sewn ducting product, EnviroDuct™  is both portable, flexible, compressible and retractable. The encased steel-wire helix construction prevents collapsing and crushing of the duct, while remaining resistant to abrasion, fatigue and deterioration from weather and chemical influences.   EnviroDuct™ Insulsand™  is constructed from an 20 oz. /sq. yard polyester reinforced flame resistant PVC fabric on the outside with 1/4" Closed Cell Foam insulation and 14 oz. /sq. yard PVC Fabric on the inside.  All of the VentaTex® fabrics are flame resistant in accordance with the UL94VTM-O Testing Methods.
