	Typical Reinforced 3-Ply Vinyl Laminate

FILM:	Available in various thicknesses and colors, provides protective membrane
SCRIM:	Generally produced on our own equipment, provides reinforcement which yields the desired tear/tensile strength
ADHESIVE:	Bonds the film and scrim

The finished laminate is formed by combining these three components under controlled conditions with heat, pressure and tension. The emboss pattern is applied during this process.

Standard Laminates (VentaTex®)

Over the past 25 years, ABC has become a leading supplier of various types of PVC Laminates, ranging in weights from 7 to 30 ounces per square yard, and widths ranging from 54 to 85 inches wide. ABC offers 9 standard colors and 7 different emboss patterns in our standard laminates. We specialize in custom production and working closely with our customers to develop laminates that are cost effective, high performing solutions to their fabric needs. Our standard laminate fabrics are currently being used in hundreds of different applications around the world.
